We are trying to make this as easy as possible, so here are a few things to keep in mind when taking the picture: using a phone is perfectly acceptable • preferably your Maverick is wearing company shirt/swag • please take the picture "on the job", have your Maverick at their workstation, and looking at the camera • the image will be heavily stylized so please don't worry about the background • we will be zooming in and cropping, so please keep your Maverick centered, and take the photo about 6-8 feet away • save at the highest resolution possible.
